Virginia pk......(elev 8299 ft ASL).....SW 38-52 pk 70 mph...temp 38 F... Slide mtn........(elev 9,694 ft ASL).....SW 44-72 pk 104 mph...temp 30 F...RH 35%... Mt Warren...(elev 12,327 ft ASL).....SSW 45-60 pk 96 mph...temp 23 F...RH 25%... White mtn.....(elev 14,246 ft ASL).....missing Barcroft RC..(elev 12,410 ft ASL).....SW 19-32 mph...temp 26 F...RH 17%... some lower elevation valley reports in lee of Sierra: North Reno.........S 27-34 pk 50 mph...temp 55 F...RH 11%...(near my home) Carson City...SSW 24-35 pk 47 mph...temp 55 F...RH 11%... Minden...............S 27-34 pk 51 mph...temp 55 F...RH 15%...(near Gordon's home) Trend...COLD FRONT hits Sierra soon and leeside valleys later this afternoon with rain changing to snow down to around 5,000 ft... tempo wave at Hollister...see sat pics...
